I am late to the party! Have just read Sister and thoroughly enjoyed it. I couldn't put it down and was absorbed throughout. Was totally surprised/shocked by the ending! Wonderful writing.

I cannot wait to read Afterwards! Thank you!

'Afterwards' deserves to be the editor's choice as it a great book. I think all the acclaim and appreciation that it has achieved is justified.

I read Afterwards some months ago and liked it as much I did not like it. Now, on my way to holidays in Greece, I picked up Sisters in Amsterdam airport. It took me only a day to read it, lying on the beach, totally forgetting the wonderful world around me. I am a little sister myself, my sister also being five years older than me. The relation between us has been much the same as in Sisters. Lately, I have thought a lot about the meaning of this special relationship to my own life. Reading your book gave me some new perspective to this dilemma (because that it is). Thank you!
